Dr. Nicholas (Nic) P. Ross
(Head of Legals)Dr. Nicholas (Nic) P. Ross is the Founder & CEO of Niparo Ltd., a sustainable space start-up that offers and builds solutions for the Space Sector. With a lifetime fascination with all things Space, from both an academic and business perspective, Nic holds a PhD in Astrophysics along with an LLM in Space Law. Nic has deep experience at the research-policy-industry interface having over 20 years experience in R\&D as well as having worked in marketing, consultancy and the space regulation sector. As an astrophysicist, Nic's research highlights include working on the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) as well as being a pioneer for the early observations carried out by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). Nic's research led to the discovery of a new type of quasar which has been described as ``the missing link'' in galaxy/AGN evolution. Space sustainability is now at the forefront of his thinking and efforts. Nic deeply believes Space is the future, but that future has to be sustainable and equitable for all
Gideon Idu
Team memberGideon Idu is a highly accomplished lawyer who specializes in cyber law. He has a passion for technology and a keen understanding of the legal implications that come with it. Gideon is a graduate of The Nigerian Law School and holds a Law degree in Private and International Law from the University of Maiduguri, Maiduguri, Borno, Nigeria. During his time at P.H. Ogbole SAN and Co., Gideon developed an interest in the legal aspects of technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy. He went on to become a top-performing lawyer, working with several renowned law firms, leading tech and business consulting companies, and governmental agencies. Gideon is a passionate advocate for online safety and regularly provides pro bono legal services to individuals and organizations affected by cybercrime. He believes that everyone deserves to be protected from the dangers of the digital world and is committed to using his skills and knowledge to make a positive impact.
